- Nuestro trabajo está orientado a generar igualdad de oportunidades para todas las personas y al desarrollo humano integral, personal y comunitario, a traves del juego, el deporte, la recreacion, la educacion, la economia social y la actividad cultural.
Es asi que desarrollamos proyectos que promueven la participacion, el compromiso y la responsabilidad individual y colectiva. Actuamos principalmente en comunidades donde las oportunidades son escasas en Buenos Aires y el interior del Pais.

EL HORNERO CULTURAL -
SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL COLLECTIVE
We are a team of teachers and other areas committed people that formally constituted as a non profit organization (NPO), to organize and sustain our cultural, social and educational work.
Our Vision
Our work is geared to generate equal opportunities for all people and the integral human development, individual and community, through the game, sport, recreation, education, social economy and cultural activity.
Thus we develop communitary projects that promote participation, commitment and individual and collective responsibility. We act mainly in communities where opportunities are not accesible in Buenos Aires City metro and suburbs areas, and other communities in the country and rural areas.
Our Mission
To promote social participation projects and cultural exchanges, develop critical attitude, community consciousness, the exercise of freedom with responsibility, self-management and social protagonism to transform reality.

Collective Construction – Happiness - Cooperation - Education - Solidarity - Self-management - Equality - Freedom – Peace - Responsibility - Justice - Respect - Tolerance –

Our aims
- Generate processes directed towards the construction of self-management projects with similar institutions, like NPO (non profit organzsations).
- Building spaces of encounter and containment for liberating and creative use of leisure time and the integral development of persons.
- Contribute to teacher training (oriented education) and non-teaching (and job-oriented forms of social economy).

-Trans-disciplinary works between physical education, recreation, popular education, Social Economy and other areas to join in sport / recreation / education / micro-productive spaces.
-Systematization of projects in rural communities, urban and suburban with high levels of social vulnerability.
-Construction of networks with national and international institutions related,to develop proyects about cooperation, exchange and growth.
-Dissemination of our initiative to generate various policy actions
Where we act
Our fields of action are educational projects, sports, recreational, cultural and social economy articulated with other institutions or areas and own projects.
